Things I’d like to Try or Test:
D-Phenylalanine – This form of phenylalanine is synthetic, but it’s supposed to slow the breakdown of endorphins thereby increasing your endorphins. Seems useful 🙂 Other forms include, DL-Phenylalanine which contains the L isomer as well or just L-Phenylalanine which is a precursor to Dopamine. I’d like to try them all.
Tyrosine – This has a couple forms L-Tyrosine and N-Acetyl Tyrosine. Both are precursors to dopamine. I’ve tried L-Tyrosine in small amounts with slight effects but the Acetyl version is supposed to be stronger.
Neuro Clarity – This is a nootropic stack that sells a lot on Amazon. I’ll give it a try.
NeuroPeak – Another nootropic stack that sells a lot on Amazon.
Calm Thoughts – Happened upon this and thought the ingredients looked interesting. It’s pretty inexpensive too.
Edge Effect Book – Not exactly a nootropic but looks interesting and is the source of the Braverman test.
New Mood – From the makers of Alpha Brain. It’s supposed to support serotonin.
